Hello I’m Jason Courtoy.  I am a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in International Relations and two minors in History and Global Studies. I focused on European history, philosophy, and political systems; Russian history and political system; and Asian studies, specifically Japanese history and politics.

I hope to continue my education with a M.A. at Middle Tennessee State University’s upcoming Master’s of International Affairs focusing in international security studies. I am still deciding between going after my PhD in Political Science-Philosophy or my JD in International Law.

I created this blog to detail my experiences at the Washington Center (TWC), my internship at the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center (a think-tank on the issue of weapons proliferation), as well as what I do in the nation’s capital (i.e. fitness schedule, cooking recipes, etc). However, this blog has grown in to a hobby to share with my friends, family, and followers my take and analysis on the world of politics, gaming, technology, and health/fitness.
